Linda Davenport Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2024, at the age of 75, Linda Davenport of Dalton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayford Junior and Ruby Phillips Scott; and her siblings, Kenneth Ray Scott (Elaine) of Dalton and Brenda Joyce. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Clayton Davenport; her son Johnny Clayton Davenport Jr.; her siblings, Diane Swinney (Deb) of Ranger, Melissa Elliot (Tim) of Dalton, Stephen Scott (Jane) of Dalton, Shelia (Jehu Edwards), Shirley Hanney of Rome, Sue Glass of Rome and Shelby Ayers of Centre, AL; her brother-in-law William; her granddaughter Alexandra Thomas (Everitt) of Dalton; and her great grandchildren, Kenny Duke, Dawson Duke, Bently Davenport and McKinsley Davenport. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
