She is survived by: her brother Buddy Hulsey; her sons, Loyal Chip Elam (Kendra) and Ronnie Lynch (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Danielle Brutko, Katelyn and Dylan Erickson; and her caregivers, Michelle Phillips, Jennifer Hicks, Misty Tyler, Pamela Olds and Ginger Ratcliff. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
