He was predeceased by: his parents, W. V. Curtis and Ruby Curtis. He is survived by: his siblings, Vernon, Robert Curtis and Bertha Dempsey; his son Brent; his daughter-in-law Kim Curtis; his daughter Leslie; his son-in-law Joel Goldberg; his siblings, Dot West, Drucilla Tippens, Barbara Smith, Brenda (Harold Hair) and Bruce Curtis; and his grandchildren, Erin Goldberg, Grant Goldberg (Kylee), Macyn Goldberg, Mauricio Quintero, Olivia Eads (Billy) and Sydney Curtis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
