She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clyde Duggan and Stella Mae Taylor Duggan; her husband Albert "Bill" Brown; her siblings, Joyce Vest of Anita Raper, J. C, Jimmy Duggan, Gary Duggan, Betty Culler, Rachel Ledford and Doris Duggan; and her grandson Christopher Hubbard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol (Marvin Grooms), Yvonne (Bjorn Villaester) and Felicia (Andrew Marshall); and her grandchildren, Ragan Price, Xander Villaester, Aaron Brown, Crystal Grooms, Kristin Spurlock, Madison Cain and Mallorie Marshall. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel (823 Ocoee St, Copperhill, TN 37317). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
