He is survived by: his parent Bertha Jean Curbow Quarles; his daughter-in-law Joseph Quarles Jr.; his daughters, Laurie Slone of Dalton, GA, Amanda Slone of Dayton, OH and Lindsay Cambell of Austin; his sister Sarah Sheffield of Tennille, GA; his brother-in-law Frank Sheffield of Tennille, GA; his grandchildren, Dawn Thomas and Maria Thomas; his great grandchild Peyton; and also, Rosalia Vasquez-Quarles of Dalton, GA, Elijah Davis of Rocky Face, GA and Joseph Cambell of Utah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
