He was predeceased by: his parents, Hezekiah Adkins and Catheryn Rosebud Lindsey Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Leni Adkins; his children, Brad Adkins (Becky), Sonya Blake (Rocky) and Patty Young (Harvey); his sisters, Janice England and Diane Bankee; his grandchildren, Tanner Whatley and Erin Ashby; and his great grandchildren, Ava Boydstun, Gavin Boydstun and Ian Ray Boydstun.
