He was predeceased by: his daughter Doreen Duke; the mother of his children Betty Ann Duke; and his siblings, Doloris Burkett and Buck Duke. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Duke; his children, Ronnie Duke (Connie), Donnie Duke (Kathy), Gail Smith (Paul) and Tammie Hewitt (Lynn); and his siblings, Sam Duke, Mary Ann Haygood, Martha Kennedy, Beverly Holbrook and Daniel Duke. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; great grandchildren.
