He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Millsaps; his son Jimmy; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Millsaps of Michigan; his children, April (Jackie Mosteller), Toney Bramblett and Lisa Bramblett (Kevin Grant) of Michigan; his sister Shirley; his siblings-in-law, Buck Messer of Blue Ridge, GA, Audrey, Dave Huffines and Jerry Jones of Chatsworth, GA; his grandchildren, Justin Grant, Josiah Grant, Cody Ponders, Logan Ponders, Chloe King, Sadee King and Larissa Millsaps; and his great grandchildren, Carleigh, Keira, Yaretzi, Memphis and Hermione. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
