He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Higdon and Estelle Macbeth Higdon; and his brother Paul Higdon. He is survived by: his wife Mailyn Higdon of Dalton, GA; his son Jim; his daughter-in-law Sheri Higdon of Dalton, GA; his stepdaughter Kannah Higdon of Dalton, GA; his grandchildren, Cherish Croft (Kyle), Kimberly Ramirez (Juan) and Kristi; his great-niece Linda Higdon; and his nephews, Larry Higdon and Tony Higdon.
