He is survived by: his daughters, Allecia Phillips and Tammy Sue Carroll; his siblings, Helen (Jeff Allen), Joan Pettit, Rebecca (Dennis Shoup), George (Sheila Brackett), Eddie (Judy Floyd), Gene (Gina Floyd), Roger Floyd and Janan Van Fossan; his grandchildren, Kaleb Phillips, Kelsi Phillips, Katie Brown (Tanyon) and Paige Brackett; and his great grandchild Maggie Brown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
