She is survived by: her children, Carl Dean Welch, Mark Welch (Toni), Kenneth Welch (Cat Sexton) and Tanya Welch; her siblings, Maulya Sexton, Marthy Welch and Mable Sexton; her grandchildren, Ashley Moore (Elvis Seal), Felecia Welch (Adam Fosselman), Julie Welch, Selena Watson, Tiffany Baker (Thomas), Ethan Arnold, Clint Welch and Eliza Welch; and her great grandchildren, Shelby Weaver, Nevaeh Ogle, Mya Rose, Liam Bishop, Andrew Baker, Brooklyn King and Braxton King.
