He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidro Delgado and Ester Dominguez; and his brothers, Tino Delgado and Ramon Delgado. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Guerrero; his children, Israel Valdez, Nelson (Guadalupe Delgado), Lleny Valdez and Janet Delgado (Victor Sanchez); his sisters, Nela Delgado of Mexico, Martha Delgado of Mexico and Angeles Delgado of Mexico; and his grandchildren, Eunice, Uzziel, Kaleb, Jacob, Victor Jr., Esteban, Lucas and Alina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
