He was predeceased by: his parents, James McKinley and Reathel Mae Parks, Sr. (Smith). He is survived by: his sisters, June Parks Jackson (Dennis) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Jane Parks Shoemaker (Craig) of Kennesaw, GA; and his nephews, Christopher James Wilber and William Thomas Wilber, Jr..
