He is survived by: his wife Melisa Henley; his daughters, Lauren Brock (Jarrod) and Chapman Christensen (Brandon); his grandchildren, Boston, Vann Brock and Harbor Christensen; his sisters, Cathy Hayes (Gregg), Tricia Boring and Holly Causby (Gregg); his cousins, Tad Parnell, Hallie Flournoy, Katherine Young, Stacy Newland and Susanne Chapman; and his nieces and nephews, Tessa Reams, Lele Hayes, Rachel Boring, Carly Causby, Lindsay Roark, Henley Hayes, Starr Causby, Thomas Causby and Todd Gregory.
