She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kell Smith and Delia Mae Smith; her brother Leonard Dwight Smith; and her brother-in-law Donald Hagin. She is survived by: her daughter Anita; her son-in-law Danny Stewart; her sons, Anthony Boatwright and Scott; her daughter-in-law Sandra Cardin; her grandchildren, Anthony Defore (Heather), Jacob Defore and Kadie Cardin; her great grandchildren, Brayden Grant, Bentley Grant, Aubree Defore and Brylee Brown; her siblings, Opal Hagin and R. S.; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Smith and Donna Holt Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
