It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Greeson of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Greeson and Gertrude "Land" Greeson; his wife Mary "Burk" Greeson; his daughter Beverly "Joanne" Knipp; and his brothers, Leroy Greeson, Lyod Greeson, Freddie Greeson and Lewis Greeson.
He is survived by: his sons, Buddy Greeson (Dana) and Michael Greeson (Rachel); and his siblings, Mark Greeson (Vickie) and Rosalee Shipman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
