He is survived by: his close friend Betty Nicholson; his children, Chris Blackwell, Raymond Blackwell and Lena Allen (David); and his siblings, George Blackwell and Lois Farmer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
