She was predeceased by: her parents, Nesbert Cantrell and Bertie Cantrell. She is survived by: her husband Roy Balckwell; her sons, Dwayne (Gretchen Blackwell), Dwight (Angie Blackwell) and Daniel Blackwell; her sisters, Barbara Higgins, Judy (Leroy Bishop), Linda (William Green) and Angie (David Richardson); her grandchildren, Geoffery Blackwell, Monika Choc, Rory Blackwell, Hannah Blackwell and Katelyn Blackwell; and her great grandchildren, Peter Choc, John Choc and Lorelei Blackwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to St. Joseph's Childrens Hospital.
