He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his children, Cheryl Parker, Pam (Robert Hughes), Donald II and Stephanie Smith; his grandchildren, Michael (Jordon Smith), Robbie (Kayla Hughes), Chad, Shannon Hughes, Kristen Parker, Tenny Parker, Logan Smith Brandon Smith, Debra Smith and Melissa Hughes; and his niece Paula Smith. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive; sibling.
