He is survived by: his wife Elaine Burgess; his daughters, Casandra Fowler of Ringgold, GA and Stephanie Hawkins of Tunnel Hill, GA; his sisters, Wylene Crow of Spring City, TN and Helen Crowder of Dalton, GA; and his grandchildren, Heath Hawkins, Casey and Johnny Sabin. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
