With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Lee Morgan of Dalton, Georgia, born in Sneedville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 22, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph David and Roxie Pearl Hensley Morgan; his sons, Jonathan Nathaniel Morgan and Ralph "Doug" Morgan; his siblings, Ralph Morgan, Helen (David Matthews) and Linda Johnson; his sister-in-law Kathy Morgan; and his parents-in-law, Holland and Maudie Pack.
He is survived by: his wife Omie Pack Morgan; his daughter-in-law Alicia Morgan of Dalton, GA; his son Troy; his daughter-in-law Ida Richards of Cohutta, GA; his brothers, Junior (Lois Morgan) of Chatsworth, GA and Chuck Morgan of Chatsworth, GA; his grandchildren, Daniel D. J. Morgan, Alli Vick, Peyton Morgan, Gage, Aravia Richards, Leighann and James Atwood; and his sister-in-law Helen Dover of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
