He is survived by: his fiancée Joan Rash; his children, Shane (Shelley Curtis), Cody Pass of Calhoun, Daniel Carpenter of Dalton, Amanda (Andy Hartley) and Breanna Welch of Chatsworth; his sisters, Dot West of Adairsville, Drucilla Tippens of Dalton, Barbara Smith of Dalton and Brenda (Harold Hair); his grandchildren, Blakely Curtis, Madilyn Curtis, Sophey Curtis, Asa Curtis, Easton Curtis, Brandon Hartley (Alexis), Jared Hartley, Jaylyn Hawkins, Raylyn Rich, Serenity and Sawyer Pass; and his great grandchildren, Maverick Hartley, Rose Revels, Bodie Hartley and Wrenley Welch.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2801 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
