She was predeceased by: her parents, Lottie Covington and Hoyt Covington; her husband Donald Lee Dixon; her brother Roy Covington; and her siblings-in-law, Jo Dixon, Sylvia Mulkey, Lucille Robertson, Marie Romine, John Dixon and Billy Dixon.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Dixon; her granddaughter Amber Tate (Keith); her great grandchildren, Braylen Tate, Waylon Tate and Dawson Tate; her sister Betty Hackel (Tim); her son Gary Stephens; and her close friends, Russell, Glenda Wilson, Randy Goodwin, Ernie and Carletta Verhine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
