She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Bessie Lee Hughes Darnell; her daughter Debra Lalor; her siblings, Lenora Green, Faye Patterson (Richard), Eugene Darnell, Howard Darnell (Alene), Herschel Darnell (Nancy) and Frank Darnell; her siblings-in-law, Macie Darnell, Modine Morrow, Lou Nell Pollard, Arlene Pollard, Floyd Pollard and Vance Pollard; and her family, Jonathan Marcus, Ricky Darnell, Alvin Darnell, Brent Darnell, Matt Adams and Mike Ogles.
She is survived by: her husband Edward C. Pollard; her children, Daniel Ray (Cheryl Marcus), Jeff (Danna Pollard), Melissa (Gerald Chambers) and Bernie Lalor of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Jonathan Marcus, Robert Chambers, Rebecca Chambers, Thomas, Anna Marie Pollard, Sean, Emily Lalor, Justin, Leah Lalor, Kaityln, Benji Aviles, Heather and Jason Gustafson; her great grandchild Kirrah Marcus; her brothers, William "Billy" (Teresa Darnell) and Delmar Darnell of Dalton, GA; her sister-in-law Shelby Jean Pollard of Guin, AL; and her caregiver Elaine Bates of Dalton, GA. She is also survived by several other great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
