He is survived by: his wife Mary Curtis; his son Phil; his daughter-in-law Angie Curtis of Chatsworth; his daughters, Denise (Wesley Blevins) and Angela (Ronnie Williams); his sister Shelby Bartley; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Curtis, Aaron Helton, Chasity Watson (Herschel), Nathan Love, Dustin Blevins (Karen), Matthew Teem (Amanda), Braden Blevins, Jennifer Newton (Jordan), Michael Harrell (April), Megan Grant, Dale Williams and Brent Williams (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Emmaleigh, Madysyn, Brazlee, Aiden, Braxton, Kristen, Allie, Harper, Eli, Keaton, Colton, Lily, Emmey, Deacon, Easton and Arralyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
