He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Hollis Rackley and Annie Pauline "Polly" Rackley (Hall). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rackley (McAdams); his son David Rackley; his daughter-in-law Nhu-Oanh Pham; his grandson Hugh Rackley; and his brothers, Eugene and Donald Rackley (Elaine).
