She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Samuel and Bessie Scroggs Stiles; her husband Sidney Luther Pittman; her son-in-law Jackie Glenn Bennett; and her grandson Benjamin Luther VanBuren.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Pittman Bennett, Barbara Pittman Bennett (Ron), Joel Samuel Pittman (Vee), Gloria Pittman, Elizabeth Pittman Moss, David Pittman (Wanda) and Marian Pittman Gallman (Mark). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
