It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Inez Terrell of Dallas, Georgia, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliff Tandy Armstrong and Lila Mae Armstrong (Shaw); and her brothers, Charles Marshall Armstrong, William "Bill" Armstrong and David Eugene "Gene" Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Penelope Ann Terrell, William "Billy" Jack Terrell (Lisa), Beverly Lynn (Ronald) and Rhonda Michelle (Tony); her grandchildren, Heather Holt (Whelan), Caleb Whelan, Brett Wiggins, Joshua Terrell, Hannah Salcido (Terrell), Daniel Terrell, Nikki Spivey and Noah Terrell; her great grandchildren, Winter Salcido, Evangeline Holt, Rosalie Holt and Kenan Holt; and her siblings, Mary Patterson, Elaine Casteel and Guy Armstrong.
The family is requesting in lieu of flowers, donations to be made to New Georgia Baptist Church Building Fund.
