He is survived by: his wife Joan Minter; his sons, Brent R. Minter (Michelle) of Douglasville, GA and Brian T. Minter (Erika) of Kansas City, KS; his stepson Ricky W. (Ann); his siblings, Warren Henry Minter and Harriett Hall; his granddaughters, Jessica M. Minter and Laylanee Minter; and his stepgrandchildren, Max Johnson, Melissa Johnson and Brian Johnson.
