He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Atcheson and Jewel Wigley Atcheson; his daughter Vicky Yearwood; and his grandchildren, Candice Atcheson and Jeremy Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene White Atcheson of Dallas; his children, Amy (Carl Rodriguez), Porsha Price, Mona Willingham of Waco, Edie (Dale Dupree), Christy Atcheson Jackson of Kennesaw, Cheryl (Craig Dycus), Thomas Atcheson, Jr. of Dallas, David (Delanie Atcheson) and Alan (Tracy Poor); his brother Gary Atcheson; and his sister-in-law Janice Atcheson of Dallas. He is also survived by twenty five grandchildren; twenty six great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two nieces; one nephew; six great nieces and nephews; two great-great nephews.
