It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Lee Brown Locklear of Dallas, Georgia, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Brown and Lula Mae Hicks Brown; her husband William Cleveland Locklear; her sons, Ralph Eddie Locklear and Ricky Locklear; and her siblings, Ralph "Bud" Brown, Briother, William Bo John Brown, J. B. Brown, Odessa Mae Hayes and Myrtice Lee Brown.
She is survived by: her son Gene Locklear; her grandchildren, Stacey Weaver (Doug), Kathy Roberts, Crystal Locklear and Vickie Locklear; her great grandchildren, Brook Roberts, Katelyn Roberts, Ava Locklear and Rosalyn Locklear; and her sisters, Betty Powell and Thelma Locklear (Neices).
