He is survived by: his daughter Misty Lynn Statts of Acworth; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Caldwell of Villa Rica and Krista Briggs of Powder Springs; his sons, Robert Aaron Statts of Dallas and Jason Howard Statts of Savannah; and his granddaughter Jordan Davis of Villa Rica.
