He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Otto Hasty and Willie Worley Hasty; his son Dennis Hasty; his sister Carol Evans; and his grandson Austin Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Marie Hasty of Dallas, GA; his children, Denise Herren of Dallas, GA, Lynn Phillips of Orlando, FL, Henry Hasty of Marietta and Jeff Hasty of Marietta; his stepdaughter Robin Montgomery of Dallas, GA; and his sister Marilyn Williams of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
