He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Sylvan and Clora Mae Benefield; and his brother Ray Benefield. He is survived by: his wife Kelly L. Benefield; his sons, Jason Casteel (Brandi), Shane Benefield (Sarah) and Chad Benefield (Luisa); his sisters, Carolyn Williams and Judy Beck (Aaron); his grandchildren, Colton Casteel, Tanner Casteel, Callie Popoloski, Collin Popoloski, Connor Benefield, Katherine Del Benefield and Sylvie Benefield; his great grandchild Shadley Casteel; and his mother-in-law Barbara Casteel. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
