She was predeceased by: her father Shirley Hugh Carruth (Barbara Ann). She is survived by: her husband William Bill Payne; her children, Tammy Geyer (Rosco), Trever Wills (Cathy) and Tara Ruff (Sam); her grandchildren, Josh Story (Jennifer), Tyler Story (Rachel), Alyssa DeJesus (Jordan), Cody Wills (Sydney Corley), Adrianna Ruff, Abbey Ruff, Adam Ruff (Kolbi) and Alaina Ruff; her great grandchildren, Hunter Story, River Story, Hadley Story, Oakley Story, Everlee Story, Grady DeJesus, Baylor DeJesus and Emersyn Ruff; her sister Renee Morris (Ricky); her nephews, Jeremy Morris (Samantha) and Jonah Morris (Olivia); and her great-nephews, Isaac Morris and Jameson Morris.
