With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Rawlins of Dallas, Georgia, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Baker and Hildegard Shoenmeyer (David); and her siblings, Phillip, William, Rosemary Allen and Helen Alm.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Rawlins (Mikalynn) of Acworth and Jeremy Rawlins (Andrea) of Acworth; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Morgan, Ally, Carson, Molly, Samantha Rawlins, Serving and Lord.
