He is survived by: his parents, Patric David O'Kelley, Sr. and Carma Lee James Kummins (Joel); his wife Sherri Baylor O'Kelley; his children, Joshua Adam O'Kelley (Eleanor), Amanda Brooke Urbina (Kevin), Sean Michael O'Kelley (Makensey), Mary Margaret O'Kelley, Ethan Peed and Liam Aedan O'Kelley; his grandchildren, Isla Rose O'Kelley, Kinleigh Elora Girardeau O'Kelley and Theodore Chase Urbina; and his siblings, Eric O'Kelley, Shaena O'Kelley and Katy McGill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
The family has requested that donations be made in memory of Mr. O'Kelley to the Roswell High School Athletic and Art Departments and those may be mailed to Roswell High School 11595 King Road Roswell, Ga. 30075.
