Miriam Elizabeth Trotter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Miriam Elizabeth Trotter of Dallas, Georgia, who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Grady D. Wadsworth and Flora P. Brown Wadsworth; and her siblings, David Wadsworth, Doris Hilley, Estella Salmon and Sarah Wadsworth (Tommy).

She is survived by: her significant other Thomas; her daughter Linda Trotter Rollins (Richard); her granddaughters, Wendy Portwood (Donny), Stacy Dyer and Kristy Gordon (Corey); her great grandchildren, Andrew (Kelsey), Matthew (Elly), Caleb (Skye), Alexis of Emily, CJ, Alicia (Keever) and Erin; her great great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Dansby, Tate and Harrison; and her sisters, Rachel Tyson, Irona Taylor, Norma Kinnick and Renee Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mayes Ward Dobbins Macland Chapel (3940 Macland Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
