He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ballew; his children, Allen Ballew (Fallon) and Kayla Gibel (Travis); his grandchildren, Lucas Gibel, Lily Gibel, Rylen Ballew and Adalyn Ballew; and his brothers, J. C. Ballew, Paul Ballew, Terry Ballew and Kenneth Thompson.
