He is survived by: his wife Jodi Ervin of Dallas, GA; his daughters, Mayleigh Ervin and Kourtlee Ervin; and his siblings, Toni Harkins (Nick) of Dallas, GA, Zachary Scott (Rebecca) of Dallas, GA and Tammy Cooper (Brian) of Powder Springs, GA.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
