He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemon Truitt Folsom and Mary Helen Sosebee Folsom; and his sister Mary Jane Stover. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Johnson Folsom; his daughter Caroline; and his son-in-law Tyler Sanders of Marietta.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sam Clark Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). He then went back to work at Cobb County DOT part-time and had to leave due to the pandemic.
