It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Joy Skinner of Dallas, Georgia, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Donna Lynn Pittard; and her brother Jack Baltzell. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Skinner; her son John Elliott (Cheryl) of Lawrenceville; her stepdaughters, Kris Brewer (Don) of Dallas, Paula Skinner of Buford and Robin McCoy (Gary) of Dallas; her half-brother Elmer McDonnell; her grandchildren, Steven Pittard (Trish), Justin Pittard, Lillian, Lena and Emelia Elliott; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Austin and Caden Pittard.
