Shipman of Dallas, Georgia, born in Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Shipman; and her siblings, Diane Emory, Steve Smith, Doug Smith, Paula Hathaway, Phillip Smith and Tina Daniel.
