She was predeceased by: her father John Leonard Self; and her grandparents, John and Katherine Loveless. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Lynne Loveless of Douglasville; her daughter Lyndi Kash Self of McDonough; her siblings, Michael Loveless (Larra) of Rockmart, John Michael Self of Gasden, AL and Annie Self of Denver, CO; and her nephew Noah Loveless of Rockmart.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to a fund for Katie's daughter, Lyndi.
