She is survived by: her significant other Joshua Crockett; her sons, Michael Branden Melton (Kaitlyn) of Anniston, AL and Daniel Lorne Melton (Anndrea) of Douglasville, GA; her granddaughters, Ellie Grace, Naomi Delia and Nora Kate; her father William Bellew (Diane) of Marietta, GA; her sisters, Kelly Costner (Roger) of Ringgold, GA and Rebecca Bonnifield (Robert) of Columbia, TN; her niece Katie Sara Costner; and her nephews, Taylor Thomas Eubanks, Roger Dale Costner (Trey) and Joshua Garrett Bonnifield.
