It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Sewell Watson Jr. (Dallas, Georgia), who passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patricia Summerour Watson and Joseph Sewell Watson; his wife Patricia Watson; his children, Joseph Watson, Josh (Jamie Watson), Donna (Keith Oldham) and Susan (Jack Browning); his grandchildren, Jessica, Thomas Butler, Jason, Tabitha Oldham, Madison Browning, Henry and Lucy Watson; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Colin Butler, Landon and Tyson Oldham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either the Dallas First United Methodist.
