He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Daniel Counce and D. Shelby Counce. He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Gordon (Kim) of Memphis and Kathryn Black of Memphis; his wife Melissa R. Counce; and his children, Matthew Allison (Stephanie) of Carollton, Max Allison (Leandra) of Acworth, Ian, Chloe, Eason Allison, Nathan and Jonathan Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
