It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Baxter of Dallas, Georgia, born in Cave Spring, Georgia, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Webster Baxter and Sarah Brewer Baxter; his daughter Pam Gable; and his great grandchild Joee Kenerley. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Elaine Nunn; and his children, David Baxter of Cartersville, Karen B. Kenerley (Ronald), Lisa B. Fowler (Terry) of Piedmont and Theresa B. Hassler of Dallas.
