It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Hunt of Dallas, Georgia, born in Heflin, Alabama, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Lee Blanton and Vera Inez Bryant Blanton; her husband J. D. Hunt; and her siblings, James Willis Blanton, Evelyn Louise of Washington, Dorthy Lee Pitts, Betty Jo Meyers, Shirley Ann Bohem, Charlotte Joan Westbrook and Roy Lee Blanton.
She is survived by: her children, J. D. Hunt, Jr., Cynthia Renee Newport (Jim) and Christopher Daniel Hunt; her grandchildren, Dewey Hunt, Michelle Dockstader and Shana Siuts; her great grandchildren, Austin Palmour, Logan Dockstader, Katelin Rose Dockstader, Shelby Siuts, Everett Hunt, Taylor Jane Siuts, Blakely Jane Hunt and Cooper Hunt; her great great grandchild Flynn Palmour (Charleigh Palmour); and her siblings, Mary Sue Roberts, Julia Dianne Fordham, Syble Inez Blanton, Ronnie Eugene Blanton, Cathy Wisener and Nancy Faye Blanton Naves. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
