He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Miller and Betty Parsons Miller; and his brother Dick Miller. He is survived by: his wife LouAnn Miller; his daughter April Crosier (Miller); his son-in-law Caleb Crosier; his daughter Sarah Miller; his grandchildren, Amelia, Cord, Colter and Bella; his brother Bob Miller; his sister-in-law Margo Miller; his brother Bill Miller; and his sister-in-law Joann Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
